The challenge of this project was to adapt the Sincron HR Software solution to manage specific features that vary according to the specific needs of each of our 20 locations found in different countries. Our ATS also includes an "Apply Spontaneously" button to mimic the "Apply Now" functionality seen on recruitment pages like Indeed and LinkedIn.
